1. View Menu | Coloring Rules
2. Select Rule Name (eg. Bad TCP)
3. Click Edit
4. Select either Foreground Color or Background Color
5. Change Color (not necessary)
6. Click OK.
Wireshark closes completely.
This occurs on SLED 10 (fully patched)
