When analysing existing files representing a network capture, live DNS is not
always available for the machines involved. The user can supply a hosts file
with the names of each machine, but this can be difficult or tedious if large
numbers of machines are involved. However, if the user is more interested in
knowing that traffic was flowing into or out of a machine within a particular
group, it is useful for them to be able to show whether the machine was part of
a named "subnet", e.g. "CompSci.Dept", "Accounts.Recv".
This is analagous to the "manuf" file with respect to the "ethers" file.
Solution - add a "subnets" file defining a named lists of subnets.
