Build Information:
I only have screen shots of the dialog boxes and windows screen capture because
the Help -> About Wireshark can't be accessed.

Installed Wireshark 0.99.5 and WinPcap 4.0 (as part of the standard procedures)
successfully. When I ran Wireshark, received several dialog boxes and then the
main screen displayed. Unable to capture packets because Wireshark states
WinPcap is not installed. All information captured in screen shows. Have file
and am prepared to upload.
