It would be useful if the frame.time could be specified in additional formats.

For example:

yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.uuuuu (i.e. the display format)
and
sssssssss.uuuuuuu - the raw time, i.e. the same as the new tshark -"t e" format
(and windump -tt format)
