When decoding a Diameter Accounting Request packet, Wireshark tries to decode
the Acct-Multi-Session-ID AVP (type 50) as an Unsigned32, however, the
specification (RFC3588 and RFC2866) has it as OctetString. If flags this as an
error in the packet, when the message I'm sending is correct.
