A solution has been implemented as of SVN revision 20032. Thanks for the
details on how to implement it. Please test this feature with other captures
by either updating your source code with SVN or downloading the latest tarball
from http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/src/ once revision 20032 or
later is placed there.
