The wireshark cannot decode the H248 message correctly. The ServieChangeProfile
and ServiceChangeReason under the ServiceChangeParameter of the
ServiceChangeCommand cannot be decoded correctly.
The decoded message in the middle windows says :
serviceChangeProfile
BER Error: Wrong field in sequence expected class:0 (UNIVERSAL)
tag:22(IA5String) but found class:2(CONTEXT) tag:0"
serviceChangeReason: 1 item
