There are two reasons why these packets don't show the same value.  The first
is that packet #19 has SES layer PDUs so the info column will show information
from that protocol.  The second is that the SES dissector is showing in the
info column the value of the final SES PDU, which has an unknown type of 0.  Do
you know why there are so many type 0 PDUs in these packets?
