When I install WireShark 0.99.3 on my Dell laptop I can't get the program to
start. I don't get any error messages the program just doesn't start. The event
log does not show any problems. If I uninstall WireShark 0.99.3 and install
0.99.2, WireShark works as expected. I have tried repeated installs and
uninstalls along with system restarts and get the same results. I have
successfully installed WireShark 0.99.3 on my Windows 2000 workstation at work.
