If I right-click on a protocol and choose "Protocol Preferences", I am used to
be directed straight to the protocol preferences screen of the selected
protocol. But now with 0.99.3 it just opens up the "Preferences" window,
without going to the preferences of the selected protocol.

I tried this with the windows 0.99.3 version as well as a current SVN-build on
linux.

I did some browsing through the code and pinpointed this bug to the file
gtk/prefs_dlg.c which was changed in SVN-18903 to support a scroll window in
the protocol preferences. SVN-18902 works, in SVN-18903 the protocol
preferences link is broken.
