trying to build wireshark 0.99.2 source tarball with Sun C on solaris sparc &
x86 i got the following errors:

"packet-h245-template.h", line 116: cannot find include file: "packet-per.h"
"packet-h225-template.h", line 79: cannot find include file: "packet-per.h"

it seems it can be solved by copying packet-per.c from ./epan/dissectors to
./plugins/h223 and ./
