Hi,

The bootp dissector doesn't decode options as TLVs at the moment, so your
out of luck here.

To the side note, I don't remember if Ethereal 0.10.14 does, but I do know
Wireshark 0.99.2 knows about Lease Query Option numbers. Have a look at
www.wireshark.org.
