Full Ack. Not that I contribute a lot here, but I would really never, ever use a forum. One product I use has forums and it was useful because people did respond to my question; after that I thought I'd try to follow the forums because it's an interesting product but really it was too much work.

Anyway, this -users mailing list seems to be very low volume to me--I can catch up on it in less than a couple of minutes a day. And the volume doesn't bother me when I don't have time to read it because all the emails get filtered into a folder I can read if/when I have the time.
