There are quite a few of different file-formats used by sniffer
products. Unfortunately they don't handle timestamps the same
way. The current import-code is based on reversed engineering 
and does not import all files correctly...

PS  If you can send a small cap file (<50k) with a screenshot of the
timestamps sniffer is showing to the ethereal-dev@xxxxxxxxxxxx it can
be analysed and could tribute to a better import-routine :)
