I assume that you're looking for something installable, not a source 
code patch (the latter requires you to compile and build Ethereal)?

If so, then the only available Ethereal binaries that have this are from 
the buildbot builds:

http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/buildbot-builds/

Note that these builds are automated and are considered developer builds 
(they are, indeed, built from the developer branch of Ethereal which is 
different from the 0.99 branch).  But they do have the fix for bug 894.

Hopefully the next version (0.99.1) isn't too far off.
