Title: decoding of extended classifier in cops pcmm io3

Hi,

I noticed that the fields classifier-id and priority in the extended classifier object of cops pcmm ( io3 ) are decoded in reverse order in ethereal 0.99.0

classifier-id should precede priority according to PKT-SP-MM-IO3-051221 specification.

Does any one know if this is fixed in the newer versions of ethereal.
