I don't understand the units to obtain jitter and delay. How can I obtain  this delay and this jitter?

i have two packets with these datas:

packet 1:

Arrival Time: May 16, 2006 11:06:36.575956000
Time delta from previous packet = 0.00089800 seg
Time since reference or first frame = 6.944774000 seg
RTP timestamp = 2244006845

packet 2:

Arrival Time: May 16, 2006 11:06:36.608625000
Time delta from previous packet = 0.002291000 seg
Time since reference or first frame = 6.977443000 seg
RTP timestamp = 2244006845

Ethereal give me the following results Delta (ms) = 32.67 and jitter = 19.18
How Does Ethereal do it?
