Hi,
You probably used a display filter 'udp'. Then you 'save as' the file.
Take a close look at the 'save as' dialog box. You can make a selection of
packets from two columns. By default it's the complete capture your
selecting from, the other column is from only the displayed packets.
That is the column you need to select when you save the file.
If you don't you get that same capture file as you had before. Why you
don't see the non-UDP traffic? Your display filter is still active.
