I believe the NetXtreme (Broadcom) supports jumbo frames because when I 
configure it at the TEG side it is faster and Ethereal does not trace 
anymore (if the NetXtreme didn't support it then I would expect Ethereal to 
continue to trace).

There is no configuration that I can find on the DELL D810 jumbo frames (the 
NetXtreme is on the DELL D810).

I suspect that the TEG side is negotiating for jumbo frames and the 
NetXTreme is accepting the negotiation. But this was in fact what I wanted 
to confirm by using Ethereal.
