Hello All,
  Just trying to compile the source for ethereal-0.10.14 (I couldn't get svn working through my proxy). I have seen this error fixed in previous years in the archives, but has it recoccurred ? Any help would be great, thanks!

/usr/bin/perl ./make-version.pl .
Version configuration file version.conf not found.  Using defaults.
This is not a SVN build.
svnversion.h is up-to-date.
