I'll leave the D: alone.

I hoped that ethereal would translate the hosts for a trace none real time.
Host names are not allway known at the time of saving a capture.
Capture files from othe programs was what I was hoping to use.

Some how I thought that hosts had an extension of txt and it took a little hair pulling to get it figured out..

This file is called hosts, nothing more or less.
Saved Capture Files "mycap.trc" displays only host names for ARP protocol
The name resolution doesn't have anything to do with the file.
