Everyone is grateful for Ethereal and that it is open source and free.
I do not think you will find anyone to disagree with you.

However I do disagree with you saying "I am asking for a VoIP assessment"
This is not the case. As outlined Ethereal is almost all the way there, 
except for the capability to export its output the RTP stats (which it has already calculated) 
to a CSV file which can then be used for further analysis.
