I have saw this in Windows 2000 (NT) box doing the sending of info (the box
you are capturing) because of a Cisco VPN client installed on it. The
client doesn't have to even be running, just installed on the box. The
packets were the same and the timestamp was just about the same, off just
by a little. Remove any VPN client you might have and see if this clears
up.

The reason I like standards is there are so many to choose from.

HI, I have a problem with ethereal , when I am sniffing my network i
see every packet twice, but when I turn off the option of "Capture
packet in promiscuous mode" then the packets don´t are duplicated,
why?
Because when I sniffing VoIP with SIP and RTP, the analize show me
every packet twice...and that is no good for what I´m doing...
Thanks and I´m sorry by my english because i dont know how to write
english well...
