Do you mean "and" in a logic/boolean way? Do you really want traffic that is 
associated with port 25 and port 80. Or do you really mean "to/from either 
port 25 or port 80"

If the later, try "or", not "and". Otherwise you are only ever going to get 
traffic from 25 to 80, or vice versa (since that is the only way that the 
packets can be 25 "and" 80 at the same time.
