How can I get a list of working gateways in my ethernet.

Ask your network administrator. :-)

I'm not sure there's any other way. Perhaps you could watch all the routing traffic on your network (I don't know what the right filter would be for that, but you'd want to capture whatever routing protocols are being used on your network) and look at that traffic to figure out what gateways there are, or maybe you could get a table of the MAC addresses of all the machines on your Ethernet, and look for traffic sent to a MAC address with a destination routeable-protocol address (IPv4, IPv6, IPX, etc.) that doesn't correspond to the destination MAC address, which would probably imply that the MAC address was that of a router (but that wouldn't give you its routeable-protocol address - and there might be other reasons, e.g. proxy ARP or a mis-assigned routeable protocol address, why the packet might be sent to those addresses.
