What is the option for converting Abis(BTS-BSC) interface hex value to pcap format. 
   For exampl text2pcap -l xxxx  dump.txt pcap.out
I want to know value of xxxx. Actually i have Lapd Hex value i want to convert it into 
   pcap format.
   Could  you please anybody help me
