Hi,

Is it possible to decode higher layers directly without the lower
layers being present ? Some way in which we explicitly (manually) set
some parameters that may help in decoding.

e.g. from SS7.

i have got some CS2-INAP hex dumps, with TCAP headers intact, i.e. no
SCCP and lower layer headers. So I instruct Ethereal to decode TCAP
onwards ?
