I'm running a Linux box with a Netgear WG511T wireless adapter
(atheros chipset) in a WPA encrypted WLAN.
I'm logged into the network (surfing the internet is possible) but I
seem to be incapable of sniffing it via Ethereal.
I can see the traffic from and to my own machine and general broadcast
messages, but no traffic from the other machines in the WLAN.
Is this a general WPA problem? Is there a workaround (maybe first
sniffing in monitormode, then decrypting ist?) or something?
I was able to do sniffing in an WEP encrypted environment so I hope
it's not an adapter issue...
