Are you running Ethereal, or Packetyzer?  From the "Network Chemistry" 
in the pathname, it sounds as if you might be running Packetyzer.

There was a bug in older versions of Ethereal that caused it to report 
errors such as that.  Perhaps you're running an older version of 
Packetyzer that's based on one of those older versions of Ethereal.

I'm not sure where you edit preferences in the Packetyzer GUI, but use 
whatever menu item is used for that (Edit -> Preferences?), select the 
"ASN1" protocol, clear the "ASN.1 type table file" preference if it has 
"default.tt" in it, and save the preferences.
