I need to be able to use tethereal to desegment HTTP PDUs and save them to a
file or write to stdout. 

I can do this manually in ethereal by setting the correct desegment
preferences and selecting the PDU, right-click => Follow TCP Stream => Save
As.

I'm not sure how to achieve this using tethereal. Setting the display filter
-R http does not seem to work as only the last packet of the PDU is saved to
file (and not the whole desegmented PDU as I had expected).

Note this problem is similar to "Subject: Re: [Ethereal-users] Getting a
"raw" binary file with a copy of a frame?" Sept 2004. However the solution
given only works for ethereal and is not applicable to tethereal.
