Which CRC field do you mean?
There are CRC's in the Ethernet protocol (which isn't displayed, as it is not handled over by the network card driver), see: http://wiki.ethereal.com/Ethernet 
IP has a CRC checksum which is displayed,
TCP has a CRC checksum which is displayed, ...
