I am able to capture DOCSIS traffic by having a CMTS forward
traffic to a specific port on a host (e.g. forward all DOCSIS
traffic for a given device to port 65000 on IP 10.10.10.10).

I am able to capture this traffic, but there appears to be no 
way for me to tell ethereal decode everything in the UDP packet
as a DOCSIS frame.

Is there a way that this can be done using ethereal (prefereably)
or some other tool?
