"MMS" or "MSS"?

And if it's "MSS", is that "MSS" as in "TCP Maximum Segment Size
option"?

If so, then that field is part of the TCP options in a TCP packet 
containing it; you'll see it if you open up the "Options" field in the

TCP portion of the dissection of such a packet (which will probably be

the initial SYN or the SYN+ACK packet in the 3-way handshake).
