you can either use tethereal's -V option to see the complete tree for
every packet
or
if you prefer the single line format you can try something like 

$ tethereal -zproto,colinfo,tcp.srcport,tcp.srcport
-zproto,colinfo,tcp.dstport,tcp.dstport  'tcp.srcport || tcp.dstport'
