That might be due to "Default" rather than "default"

link is the new/correct one.
I've checked in changes to the user's and developer's guide to update refeerences to the WinPcap Web site so that they refer to the winpcap.org site. I don't know whether that'll automatically regenerate the versions of the guides on the Wiki site or not.
