Hi all,

I've just noticed that the code in the skinny dissector to mark RTP
streams from the OpenReceiveChannelAck and StartMediaTransmission
messages doesn't seem to be working anymore. I had a quick look at the
code, but the interface has changed since I last looked at that area.
Anyone know what happened?
