Yes, there were reported problems of these kind.
I've did a major rework of the capturing engine (as it shows some
"age"), but unfortunately introducing new bugs :-(
Someone reported before that using an absolute path for the capture file
name solved his problem.
Could you provide a screen shot of the capture options and one of the
error message?
