But what is the question, exactly?  Did you use any capture filters? Is the monitor/span/capture port on the switch setup properly?  Are you capturing all necessary ingress/egress points?  Do you see the traffic via cflow/netflow on the routers?  Did you try creating a ACL on the router to see if you get matches?
