No, this condition (error MAC v/s IP) is only in LLC packet of MAC 00:40:96:30:5c:b1.
I send you a capture,  a BROWSE Protocol for the IP 10.11.1.19. Again, this packet have another MAC!!. In fact the correct relationship is 10.11.1.19---->00:01:03:31:88:e0.
I think that the "Name Resolution" option (Mac Name, Network Name and Transport Name), in Ethereal,  didn't work correctly.

Does the capture have any ARP packets that associate the MAC address
00:40:96:30:5c:b1 with the IP address 10.11.1.19?
