Hi Evryone,

 

Need your help in resolving one issue.One of our user in Hoody2 is using ETHEREAL software this is a protocol analyser software.When ever he is accessing this tool it crashes with " Application error : Ehtereal.exe " .I have tried diffrenet solution's listed below :

 

1.Tried running this application in diffrent profiles.

 

2.Re-Installed Win2000 SP4

 

3.Un-installed present installation & re-installed latest from the internet(the same is     working on other system)

 

4.Cleared all the related entries from registry & re-installed.

 

      Checked in event viewer there was no sufficient information about the same & also in Google.com.

 

      Requesting you all to help me out in resolving this issue
