MIBs are added via the Net-SNMP package's configuration.  Ethereal
just piggy backs on that.  To see how to add MIBs to the Net-SNMP
package and have them loaded, please read their tutorial on the
subject of mib loading at http://www.net-snmp.org/tutorial-5/commands/ .
Specifically, you can either configure your snmp.conf file to load the
MIBs you want, or set the environment variable MIBS to the list of
MIBs you want loaded (or the special keyword "all").
