Good job, now live packet capture works!

I'm looking at the widget problem I've had before (wireless
link-layer types not displaying)  Any ideas on that?

I see the comment in gtk/capture_dlg.c for multiple link-layer
header types.  I've never seen the dialog box under that comment
appear in Ethereal.  Once I've chosen the wireless interface (needs
to be chosen at least once), then the link-layer types display
correctly.  When it isn't working, there is a single non-printable
character that is displayed as the ASCII square.

Would it have anything to do with the
SIGNAL_CONNECT(lt_menu_item,...) in set_link_list_type() having to
be issued (activate) before the SIGNAL_CONNECT below the comment
(which calls set_link_list_type() via
capture_prep_interface_changed()) is issued (changed)?  I'm really
green to GTK programming so this is all guesswork.
