(which speaks of hanging after you stop a capture, but you appear to be
doing an "Update list of packets in real time" capture, in which case the
pauses would occur while the capture is in progress - the problems listed
in that FAQ occur while a capture file is being read in, which happens
when you stop a regular capture but happens *during* an "Update list of
packets in real time" capture).
