The Ethereal 0.10.6, libglib-2.0-0.dll invalid page fault crash, in Win9x based platforms can
be worked around using a modified installation procedure:

1.	Enable Ethereal GTK1 and GTK-Wimp options (custom mode).
2.	Disable Plug-Ins option.
3.	After install completion of the /Program Files/Ethereal/ folder, copy all plug-in folder content from another system
            except asn1.dll.
4.	Start Ethereal and save the Preferences at least one time to avoid console error messages on startup
	especially User Interface | Colors.
5.	Restart Ethereal to verify operation.

Workaround derived from previous user notes concerning problems with asn1.dll and gtk libraries.

Note that addition of asn1.dll to the plug-ins folder prior to Ethereal start-up will result in another type of crash
(application only; no blue screen problems observed).
