and try running WinDump with the "-D" flag as an administrator and as a 
user with fewer privileges - if WinDump takes longer to list the 
interfaces when you run it as a less-privileged user than it does when 
you run it as an administrator, this is a WinPcap problem, and should be 
reported to the WinPcap developers:
