(Questions that indicate that the asker of the question thinks Ethereal is a commercial product are perhaps being asked frequently enough that this needs to go into the FAQ. The fact that we have a ".com" domain nonwithstanding - that's just because "ethereal.org" was unavailable - it's not a commercial product; there's no cost for downloading, you can install the copy as many times as you want, there are no separate "demo" and "full" versions. There's also no support contract or telephone "hotline" support; you could ask on the ethereal-users list for support, and some people on the list might offer support, classes, etc. for money, although I don't happen to be one of those people.)
