Title: Is there an "Offline tcpdump analysis" tool available ?

Dear all,

is there an Offline tcpdump analysis tool available (for free)

I found Trace:Magic(TraceMagic)
<http://www.synapse.de/tracemagic/eng/htm/tracemagic_overview.htm>

It analysis formerly taken traces i.e. from Ethereal or other trace/sniffer tools as NetMon.
It can find out for example:
- DNS Name requests that could not be resolved
- WINS Name requests that could not be resolved
- TTL that was going to 0 (routing-problems)
- retransmissions
- File-Sharing problems (not found / access denied, ...)
... and much more

Anyone aware of such a tool ?

Are there plans to implement such things in Ethereal ?

Thanks in advance

Juergen
