Yes it is possible.
 
Use the menu item Analyze/Enabled Protocols...
and you will get a dialogue box with a list of protocols.
 
Scroll down in the list until you find TDS.
Uncheck the Status checkbox for TDS.
Press Save+Apply+OK.
 
When you use the Save button the protocols that are marked as disabled will be stored in the disabled_protos file and these protocols will be disabled
until you enable them again.
 
Please note that when you disable a protocol it will also mean that you indirectly disable protocols running on top of that protocol.
However that shouldn't be a problem if you disable e.g. TDS protocol.
But it is normally not so good to disable IP protocol or similar.
