Title: RE: [Ethereal-users] Save File in EtherPeek Format

I need to send the files to someone. He has requested only the .pkt format which is etherpeek.

Ethereal can read a lot of more formats than it can write.
Many of the formats are not publicly documented - so we maybe don't know
what all the things in the file means. It may be possible to skip much of that data
when reading files, but not when writing ...

I think that Etherpeek supports reading some of the other formats that
Ethereal can write to (e.g. NAI Sniffer DOS format), so do you really need to save
it to Etherpeek format?
