That's a known problem with 0.10.5.

Do *NOT* dismiss the DOS window.

Make sure that the "Save window size" preference in the "User Interface"
preferences list is set, and then exit Ethereal - there might be a
message in the DOS window about typing Return or Enter; if so, do so.

That *should* cause the error not to appear.
